About The Position

OnTrac is hiring seasonal Warehouse Associates, also described as Seasonal Package Handlers, to help move packages during the holiday season. This active, hands-on warehouse role involves working with a team to safely unload, sort, move, and load packages and keep them organized as they travel to their next destination. Training is provided, and prior warehouse experience is not required.

The position is based at 2500 Marty Robbins Drive, Building 10, Lebanon, Tennessee. Pay is $19.50 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour weekend shift incentive for Friday through Sunday. The role is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable law, and premium pay is offered for hours worked on New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. A seasonal bonus is advertised, subject to eligibility, amount, and payment requirements that may vary by location and assignment.

Available schedules are Monday through Thursday or Friday through Sunday, with shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. or 1:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. End times may vary according to package volume and business needs. The season is scheduled from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent roles after the assignment ends, based on eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages, stand and/or walk for extended periods, and frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Be able to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift and work in hot or cold environments where warehouse temperature control may be limited.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for work.
• Work with a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
