About The Position

Freight Breakers LLC is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate for an active, production-based warehouse role in Ocala, Florida. The position involves loading cartons from conveyor lines into outbound trailers and unloading cartons from inbound trailers onto conveyor systems. Employees scan and sort freight, transport rolling cages, build organized and secure trailer loads, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Compensation is based on the number of cases loaded and unloaded, with average daily earnings of $200–$250 and typical earnings of $16 per hour to $25 or more per hour. Higher productivity can lead to greater earning potential. The schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, with either a 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM shift; shifts may end earlier depending on production volume, and overtime may be requested by the site.

Requirements

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lift and carry 5–50 pounds throughout the workday.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort performing repetitive physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
• Frequent lifting, walking, and bending, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced operation.

Responsibilities

• Load cartons from conveyor lines into outbound trailers.
• Scan cartons using handheld RF equipment for accurate tracking.
• Transport rolling cages throughout the warehouse as needed.
• Build organized, secure trailer loads while maintaining productivity standards.
• Remove cartons from inbound floor-loaded trailers.
• Place freight onto conveyor systems for processing.
• Scan merchandise and sort cartons into designated containers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
