About The Position

The Warehouse Associate - Stock is responsible for stocking items on shelves and maintaining a neat, orderly warehouse. The role supports distribution operations by helping ensure inventory is received, stocked, and replenished accurately and efficiently. The associate works with the stock manager to address order issues and assists with other warehouse tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Have open availability and be flexible to work various shifts and overtime.
• Regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move objects weighing 10–50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach frequently; sit, climb ladders and/or stairs, or balance occasionally.
• Meet the position's vision requirements, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Be able to work in environmental conditions with protection from weather but not necessarily from temperature changes, and in narrow aisles or passageways.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety measures.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise from vendors and other stores and place it in the proper shelf locations.
• Check off merchandise as received.
• Correct mistakes found on inventory count sheets.
• Assist in pulling parts during busy periods.
• Clean up inside and outside the warehouse.
• Work with the stock manager to address problems with orders.
• Resolve problems with how the warehouse is stocked.
• Complete miscellaneous projects and other related duties as assigned.
• Maintain and promote workplace safety.
• Secure and transfer cash or other assets.
