About The Position

Parts Authority is hiring a Warehouse Associate - Stock to support distribution operations by ensuring inventory is received, stocked, and replenished accurately and efficiently. The role is responsible for stocking shelves and maintaining a neat, orderly warehouse. Be able to work in environmental conditions with protection from weather but not necessarily from temperature changes, and in narrow aisles or passageways.
Have the vision abilities needed for close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjustment of focus.
Be familiar with warehouse safety measures.
Be able to secure and transfer cash or other assets.

Nice To Haves

One to two years of warehouse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive merchandise from vendors and other stores and place it in the proper shelf locations.
Check off merchandise as received.
Correct errors found on inventory count sheets.
Assist with pulling parts during busy periods.
Clean inside and outside the warehouse.
Work with the stock manager to address problems with orders.
Resolve problems with warehouse stocking.
Complete miscellaneous projects and other related duties as assigned.
Maintain and promote workplace safety.
