About The Position

This full-time Warehouse Associate role supports Cencora's US distribution services, operated through its AmerisourceBergen business. The position performs order fulfillment and related distribution work, including stocking, restocking, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, discrepancy research, and product verification. The work takes place in a climate-controlled facility and requires consistent manual and repetitive activity. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday: Sunday from 2:00 PM until finish, and Monday through Thursday from 5:00 PM until finish. Overtime may be required and is mandatory in most Distribution Centers to enable real-time delivery. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with potential to earn up to $24.95 per hour through opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work in a climate-controlled facility.
• Able to read and understand English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hardworking, and dependable, with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work the listed shift hours and overtime.
• Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks consistently.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively; products vary in weight and size.
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift; steps vary by role and shift.
• Able to stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred (one year or less).
• Ability to work with RF scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Stock, restock, pick, and pack orders, and prepare customer orders for outbound shipping.
• Perform daily cycle counts and research discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work-related injuries.
• Depending on shift assignment, verify received products against receiving documents and note and report discrepancies and obvious damage.
