About The Position

Warehouse Operations at Cardinal Health performs manual and automated tasks involved in receiving, storing, and shipping products. Work may include receiving product, fulfilling and packaging orders, and preparing shipments while meeting established team goals for on-time delivery. This position follows established order-fulfillment processes, including accurate picking, quality checks, packing, and shipment preparation. Associates cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed. The role also includes housekeeping and inventory-control tasks and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Associates must be willing to train and become certified to operate material-handling equipment when required by job duties. Training is provided starting on the first day, and candidates with little to no warehouse experience are welcome.

Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working at heights up to 30 feet.
Ability to follow directions and change priorities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

Picking or forklift experience is preferred.
Experience working with technology such as computers or point-of-sale systems is a plus.
