About The Position

This full-time night-shift role supports Cencora’s U.S. distribution services through its AmerisourceBergen business. The Warehouse Associate fulfills customer orders and helps ensure pharmaceutical products and merchandise are accurately handled, tracked, and shipped. The work takes place in a climate-controlled facility and may require overtime, which is mandatory in most distribution centers to enable real-time delivery.

The schedule is Sunday from 3 p.m. until finish and Monday through Thursday from 5 p.m. until finish. Starting pay is $21.50, with potential earnings up to $27.07 through shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses. The position also offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The posted national-average salary range is $37,752–$56,650; actual pay may vary by location.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work in a climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hard-working, and dependable, with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work the listed shift hours and overtime.
• Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks consistently.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively; products vary in weight and size.
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift; steps vary by role and shift.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred; one year or less.
• Ability to work with RF scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Stock, restock, pick, and pack products and prepare customer orders for outbound shipping.
• Perform daily cycle counts and research discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to protect pharmaceutical products and merchandise and help prevent work-related injuries.
• Depending on shift assignment, verify received products against receiving documents and note and report discrepancies or visible damage.
