About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking entry-level and experienced Warehouse Associates to handle the flow of merchandise throughout its distribution facility accurately, productively, and safely. The role calls for enthusiasm, self-motivation, organization, reliability, and a strong sense of urgency. Essential work involves constant lifting, walking, stooping, bending, and standing while selecting products for shipping. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed. The pay range is $17.00–$17.00 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or higher.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoy teamwork.
Desire to work hard and be successful.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, or shipping.
Move around the warehouse and keep up with work.
Receive and process warehouse stock, including picking, unloading, labeling, or storing products.
Perform inventory controls and maintain quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
Pack products neatly and securely.
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
