About The Position

ShipMonk is hiring a seasonal, full-time Warehouse Associate at its Louisville, Kentucky locations. The role pays $17 per hour, with pay every Friday and the option to access up to 50% of earned wages before payday through the Rain app. The schedule is four days on and three days off, with day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Available four-day patterns are Sunday–Wednesday; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday; Wednesday–Saturday; Thursday–Sunday; and Saturday–Tuesday. Additional hours or workdays may be required during peak season based on volume. No prior experience is needed, and training is provided. Pay increases by $1 per hour after 90 days, with further raises at one, two, and three years. Strong performers may be converted to permanent employment. The two Louisville locations are KY1 at 7200 Intermodal Drive, Louisville, KY 40258, and KY2 at 7865 National Turnpike, Suite 100, Louisville, KY 40214.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand and walk for most of the shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to communicate in English or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and sort orders accurately.
• Prepare orders for shipment.
• Rotate through receiving, inventory, returns, and special projects.
• Use scanners and handheld devices.
