About The Position

DTXT – Lots of Auctions is hiring Day Shift Warehouse Associates for its online auction warehouse in Northwest Dallas, Texas. This is a hands-on, in-person role in a fast-paced warehouse. Associates are placed on either the Customer Pickup & Order Fulfillment team or the Inventory Processing & Quality Control team based on experience, strengths, and business needs. The Customer Pickup & Order Fulfillment team checks in customers, directs them to pickup areas, picks and stages orders using handheld devices, loads merchandise into customer vehicles, and provides friendly, professional service. This team works outdoors in all weather. The Inventory Processing & Quality Control team opens, inspects, and identifies incoming merchandise; sorts, barcodes, and photographs items; enters item details accurately into a database; and meets daily production and quality goals using handheld devices and computer systems. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, with 10 hours worked and a one-hour unpaid lunch each day. The pickup team works 7:00 AM–6:00 PM, and the inventory processing team works 6:00 AM–5:00 PM. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are off every week. The warehouse has no air conditioning and can be hot in summer and cold in winter. Pay is $18.00 per hour, paid every two weeks. After a 90-day introductory period, benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, plus paid time off.
