Production | Full Time | Day Shift | Mon-Thu | 6AM-4:30PM | $18/hr.
About The Position
Production team members support the manufacturing process by moving products from one conveyor to another and monitoring equipment to ensure smooth operation. The role includes loading ingredients and packaging materials into assembly equipment and placing finished products into boxes and cases for freezer storage. Employees perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards and are safe for consumers. The position also involves assisting with weekly disassembly, cleaning, sanitation, and reassembly of food manufacturing equipment to maintain food safety and operational efficiency. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with no schedule or shift rotations. Pay starts at $18 per hour, with the potential to reach $22 per hour for top performers.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
- Basic math skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to walk, bend, squat, and climb stairs as required.
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds from floor to chest height multiple times per shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions using shoulders, elbows, wrists, and fingers.
- Comfortable working in an environment where peanuts and tree nuts are present.
