About The Position

The Warehouse Associate supports warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and organizing materials for shipment to jobs or customer locations. The role involves picking, packing, and preparing shipments; maintaining accessible, properly stored inventory; operating material-handling equipment safely; processing returns; and assisting with loading and unloading goods. The associate works with shipping and receiving teams and other departments to help ensure timely order fulfillment and the smooth flow of materials.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Detail-oriented and efficient.
• Able to squat, bend, and lift up to 45 pounds without assistance.
• Able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment to jobs or customer locations.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory so materials are accessible and properly stored.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling tools in compliance with safety standards.
• Process returns and ensure materials are restocked properly.
• Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to support timely order fulfillment.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods, ensuring materials are secured and protected during transit.
• Work with other departments to support the flow of materials to jobs and customers.
