About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a temporary seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler to help process packages during the holiday rush at its Houston, Texas location. The role pays $17.50 per hour and offers a $500 seasonal bonus, subject to location, assignment, and other eligibility terms. The season runs from 10/27 to 01/01. Potential opportunities beyond the season may be available, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

Shifts are 5:00 AM–9:00 AM or until the sort is complete, with options to work Monday–Thursday, Wednesday–Sunday, or Friday–Tuesday. Hours may vary based on business needs. End of Sort means completion of the required sorting work and cleanup activities as directed by site management. Overtime may be required when business needs require it and is paid in accordance with applicable law. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The work involves safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages; keeping the workspace organized; and helping packages reach their destinations safely and on time. Employees may handle packages weighing 30–50 pounds independently and participate in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds. The position requires extended standing or walking, frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and squatting, and work in warehouse environments where temperature control may be limited.

Employees are eligible for paid sick leave in accordance with applicable state and local regulations. Premium pay applies to hours worked on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities
