About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to support warehouse operations at its Vancouver, Washington location. The role contributes to the smooth functioning of the operations team, with a focus on quality, safety protocols, and maintaining a productive and secure work environment. Duties include unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading delivery trucks. The work requires standing, working in seasonal heat and cold, and regularly handling items averaging 50 pounds, with occasional lifting, pushing, pulling, or moving of items up to 75 pounds. Availability is required across seven days; shift times are 2:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. or until the sort is complete, with hours varying based on business needs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in warehouse heat and cold as temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities
