About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to support warehouse operations in Louisville, Kentucky. The role contributes to smooth warehouse operations by handling and sorting packages, loading delivery trucks, and following safety protocols. The work takes place in a fast-paced warehouse where temperatures vary by season. Shift options are 5:00 AM–9:00 AM or until the end of sort; hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work for the day and cleanup activities as directed by site management. The position offers $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to remain on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in heat and cold, as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers.
• Sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to get the job done.
