About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to support warehouse operations. The role contributes to the smooth functioning of the warehouse, with an emphasis on quality, safety protocols, and maintaining a productive and secure work environment. Package Handlers unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP code, and load trucks for deliveries while working collaboratively with the team.

The position is based at 1590 Century Center Parkway, Suite 101, Memphis, TN 38134. Pay is $16.00 per hour. The shift has seven-day availability, with shift times of 3:30 AM to 8:00 AM or until the end of sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work for the day and cleanup activities as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to remain on your feet while working.
• Be able to work in heat and cold as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Be able to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
