About The Position

The Warehouse Associate (Package Handler) is an integral part of OnTrac’s operations team, contributing to the smooth functioning of the warehouse. The role focuses on quality and adherence to safety protocols to help maintain a productive and secure work environment. Work takes place at 17670 Four Oaks Lane, Suite 200, Schertz, TX 78154. The listed pay is $17.10 per hour. The shift has seven-day availability, with times of 6:00 AM–9:30 AM or until the end of sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work for the day and cleanup activities, as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to stay on your feet while working.
• Be able to work in heat and cold, as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Be able to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices; safety is the company’s first core value.
• Unload trailers.
• Sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Work cooperatively with the team to get the job done.
