About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to support warehouse operations at its Houston, Texas location. The role contributes to the smooth functioning of the operations team, with an emphasis on quality and following safety protocols. Duties include unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for delivery. Teamwork is important, as employees work together to complete the job.

The position pays $17.50 per hour and is scheduled for 25–30 hours per week. Applicants must have seven-day availability. Shift times are 5:00 a.m.–9:00 a.m. or until the end of sort; hours may vary with business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work for the day and cleanup activities, as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in heat and cold, as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
• Seven-day availability.
