About The Position

The Warehouse Associate supports Neu Tool & Supply, a 100% employee-owned distributor serving automotive and industrial resellers since 1964. The role ensures customers receive the correct products on time by picking, packing, and shipping orders for delivery or pickup, while helping keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized. The associate also helps wherever the team needs support. No prior experience is required.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and walk throughout the shift.
• Attention to detail and commitment to getting orders right.
• Reliable attendance.
• Interest in learning new things; no experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders for delivery or pickup.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Pitch in wherever the team needs support.
