About The Position

Warehouse Associates play a critical role in the success of the business and help ensure smooth and efficient branch operations. The role’s target is to ensure customer service excellence. Associates pull and verify orders, coordinate with delivery drivers, support shipping and receiving, maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy, and assist customers and branch staff. The position works in warehouse and outside environments and may include delivering products to customers using company vehicles.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English to follow safety instructions and operational procedures and engage with customers.
• Certificate of Operation for Equipment.

• Warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull assigned orders and have orders double-checked for accuracy.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers to complete the process.
• Assist with shipping and receiving, and loading and unloading trucks.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness to ensure accurate inventory.
• Assist with monthly cycle counts.
• Comply with OSHA and Grabber Safety Standards.
• Monitor equipment condition and report service needs to the Warehouse Manager or Branch Operations Manager.
• Provide support to Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Interact with customers and branch staff.
• Deliver products to customers using Grabber vehicles when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Take responsibility for the workplace safety of self and coworkers and for safety conditions at the work location; exercise and promote safe behaviors and support safety programs, rules, and policies.
