About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal Warehouse Associate, described in the posting as a Seasonal Package Handler, to help keep packages moving during the holiday season. This is an active, hands-on warehouse role working alongside a team to move packages safely and efficiently. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided. The position is seasonal and part-time, with a season running from October 27, 2026, to January 1, 2027. Continued employment is not guaranteed, although seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, based on eligibility and availability.

The role is located at 3872 Logistics Way, Building 3, Suite 301, Antioch, Tennessee 37013. The scheduled shift is Monday through Friday, starting at 4 p.m. and finishing at 9 p.m., with a typical shift of approximately five hours. End times may vary according to package volume and business needs. Overtime may be required when business needs require it, and overtime pay is provided in accordance with applicable law. The stated pay is $20.00, with weekly pay, seasonal bonus eligibility, and premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Bonus eligibility, amount, and payment requirements may vary by location and assignment, and additional terms and conditions may apply.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for the scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described in the posting, stand and/or walk for extended periods, frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Be able to work in hot or cold environments where warehouse temperature control may be limited.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for work.
• Work with a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
