About The Position

This seasonal Warehouse Associate position supports the company's peak business period and lasts up to 90 days. The role involves receiving, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise in a fast-paced environment. Associates must maintain attention to detail, follow work instructions and safety standards, and work respectfully both with a team and independently as needed. The role requires standing and walking throughout a shift and may involve climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, pulling, pushing, and lifting freight and other objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Associates may operate warehouse equipment and department-specific technology. Overtime may be required.

The posting offers a $250 weekly attendance bonus for 100% attendance during the specified peak weeks (11/22–12/5 and 12/6–12/19). Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Be able to operate department-specific technology, such as RF scanners, desktop computers, and touchscreens.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and be able to work overtime as required.
• Stand and walk throughout a shift.
• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods.
• Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely as required, such as a pallet jack, box cutter, or carts, using coordinated movements.
