Warehouse Associate-Steady Day Shift, No Weekends
About The Position
Garden State Tile is hiring a Warehouse Associate at its Bethlehem, Pennsylvania facility. In this role, you will support the company’s concierge-level customer experience by handling ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone products for contractors, builders, dealers, architects, and retail customers. The position is based in a clean, fully wireless, 45,000-square-foot warehouse that uses Epicor Prophet 21 technology and is connected to a luxury design center. This is an hourly, non-exempt position paying $19.00–$21.00 per hour, with overtime opportunities paid at 1.5 times the base rate to meet operational needs. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, with no weekend or evening shifts. Reliable transportation is required for daily attendance. Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and fill orders from stock and organize warehouse inventory using Epicor Prophet 21 technology.
- Pack and ship orders and accurately prepare orders for shipping and customer pickup.
- Provide concierge-level customer service to clients and team members.
- Load and unload trucks and process warehouse transfers and orders.
- Perform scheduled cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory and improve warehouse productivity.
- Follow proper safety procedures and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
