About The Position

RJ Schinner is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate for its distribution warehouse in Norco, California. The associate receives and transports products to appropriate locations, picks products, assembles orders, and prepares goods for shipment. The role is responsible for accurate receipt and shipment and proper merchandise handling, and uses commonly applied concepts, practices, and procedures in product redistribution. The posted schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., or until completion.

Requirements

• One year of previous warehouse experience.
• One year of previous forklift experience.
• Ability to follow all safety protocols.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50–75 pounds.
• Comfort with exposure to environmental conditions such as heat, cold, noise, and dust.
• Comfort working at heights of 25–30 feet.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up, sit-down, and order-picker forklifts.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement.
• Receive, pick, and transport products throughout the warehouse according to company standards.
• Stack, palletize, tote, and store products safely and efficiently.
• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records through proper documentation.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Follow warehouse safety protocols, including using personal protective equipment and performing safety checks on powered equipment.
