Warehouse Associate - Day Shift
About The Position
Quince is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate for its Carney’s Point, New Jersey location. The role is on a day shift, with front-half and back-half day schedules. The posted base pay is $20.50 per hour, with raises described as reaching up to $23 per hour. The position offers guaranteed minimum hours, a consistent schedule, paid training, opportunities for overtime, and opportunities to advance internally. Associates are trained across warehouse tasks, including receiving, unpacking, and inspecting merchandise; picking, packing, and shipping customer orders; processing returns; and maintaining accurate inventory. The role also involves collaborating with other associates, reporting issues to a manager, and taking on different assignments as needed.
Requirements
- Be reliable and detail-oriented.
- Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Be open to overtime when available.
- Be able to stand and walk for a full shift and push, pull, bend, and reach throughout the day.
- Be able to lift up to 49 pounds and push carts up to 60 pounds, with or without accommodations.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and inspect merchandise using computer systems.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
- Process returns and maintain accurate inventory.
- Collaborate with fellow associates and flag issues to a manager.
- Take on different assignments as needed.
