About The Position

The Assoc II, Warehouse Ops assists with inbound or outbound activities as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor, meeting quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards. The role receives products in the inbound section and ships products from the outbound section. Warehouse Operations handles materials and product distribution, including warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, inventory management, and the efficient flow of products from receipt to shipment.

Requirements

Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working regularly at heights of 20–30 feet.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting established performance quotas and attendance requirements.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of experience preferred; candidates with little to no warehouse experience are welcome.
High school diploma, GED, equivalent, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Unload inbound trucks using a pallet jack or equivalent device to remove pallets.
Use the Manhattan Warehouse Management System to check in products.
Follow applicable regulations when storing refrigerated specialty products.
Store products in warehouse locations using an order picker or other devices.
Pick products from warehouse locations and load them into outbound trucks.
Meet quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards.
