About The Position

The Seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler helps process packages during the holiday rush. The role involves safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages, keeping the workspace organized, and helping packages reach their destinations safely and on time. Training is provided, and previous warehouse experience is not required.

The position is based at 1310 Blue Ridge Dr, Georgetown, Texas 78626. Pay is $17.10, with overtime pay consistent with applicable law. Shifts are scheduled from 3:45 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. or until the sort is complete, with seven possible workweek schedules. Hours may vary based on business needs. The season runs from October 27 through January 1. Seasonal employees may be considered for available permanent roles after the assignment ends, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, including standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and squatting.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
