About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a temporary seasonal Warehouse Associate, also described as a Seasonal Package Handler, to help manage the holiday package rush at its Commerce, California facility. Associates safely unload, sort, move, and load packages, helping them reach their next destination on time. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided. The role pays $18.50 per hour with weekly pay and is scheduled for a seasonal assignment from 10/27/2026 to 1/1/2026, as stated in the posting. The role is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable law, and a $500 seasonal bonus may be available subject to eligibility and other terms. Seasonal employees may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described, and stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
