About The Position

Radwell International is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Inventory & Logistics team. This role is responsible for preparing customer orders for shipment, verifying product accuracy and condition, and ensuring all orders are packaged according to company quality standards. The ideal candidate enjoys staying active, working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.   • Previous warehouse, order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, logistics, or production experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Verify item quantity, condition, and cleanliness against pick tickets prior to shipment
  • Ensure all unnecessary labels are removed while preserving original manufacturer labels when applicable
  • Protect screens and sensitive components from damage during packaging and shipment preparation
  • Properly coil and secure cables prior to packaging
  • Utilize protective materials, including ESD bags, foam, and cushioning products, to ensure products are protected throughout shipping
  • Review repair orders to ensure all required documentation and work reports are included prior to shipment
  • Verify all customer service exceptions and order requirements are addressed before invoicing
  • Package surplus, repaired, and inventory products according to company standards and quality requirements
  • Work closely with Order Resolution Associates to investigate and resolve order discrepancies
  • Maintain accuracy and productivity standards while processing customer orders
  • Support warehouse operations and assist with additional duties as assigned
