About The Position

The Warehouse Order Fulfiller moves products and materials throughout the manufacturing facility, including moving products to storage locations and delivering materials to production lines. The role handles garage door components and raw materials by hand or with material-handling equipment. It involves maintaining material rotation, tracking inventory locations, selecting products for customer orders, and operating machinery to handle materials and inventory.

The position requires a team-oriented, organized, self-motivated person who can work independently, manage multiple tasks and priorities, and adapt to changing situations. The work may take place in hot or cold conditions depending on the weather, and involves standing and walking on concrete floors for extended periods and repeatedly lifting up to 50 pounds. English fluency is required. Spanish or German language ability receives additional consideration.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and other job-related documents in English.
• Ability to perform arithmetic calculations, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Good to excellent communication skills in English; fluency in English is required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and squat to perform loading and unloading assignments.
• Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail, follow established routines, and interact in a team environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently without continuous supervision and to manage multiple tasks and priorities while adapting to changing situations.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Move materials to and from loading areas, storage areas, and production lines.
• Maintain proper FIFO rotation of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Identify and label materials, and record their warehouse locations to help maintain inventory.
• Review pick sheets based on customer orders and pull the appropriate products or materials.
• Operate machinery and material-handling equipment to handle materials and inventory.
• Perform loading and unloading assignments.
