About The Position
Taylor Metal Products is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist team members with manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse logistics for the production of quality components that meet or exceed company standards and customer expectations. Employees may occasionally be required to assist in other departments. The position is located in Spokane, Washington, and is full-time, with a stated pay range of $18.00–$24.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Basic math skills.
- Written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
Nice To Haves
- High school degree or equivalent preferred.
- Three to six months of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
- Forklift certification preferred; the company will certify employees in-house.
Responsibilities
- Assist team members with manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse logistics.
- Operate hand tools and drive a forklift.
- Visually inspect products for quality and defects.
- Follow verbal directions and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Occasionally assist in other departments.
