About The Position

The Visual Merchandiser creates eye-catching presentations that showcase current fashion trends and supports the store’s visual merchandising standards. This role partners with department managers, implements merchandising and signage direction, installs and removes promotional window and trim presentations, and supports the in-store lighting program. Hours and schedule vary by week according to business needs.

Requirements

• Experience in merchandising and styling, with knowledge of current fashion trends and styles.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to use ladders, drills, box knives, and other miscellaneous tools.
• Computer proficiency and comfort learning new computer applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store needs.

Nice To Haves

• Basic construction skills in building and assembling visual props.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain knowledge of visual merchandising strategies and current trends.
• Partner with department managers to uphold, teach, and maintain visual standards.
• Support merchandising, signing, and implementation of direction, customizing as appropriate for the store.
• Install and remove trim and window presentations for store promotional events.
• Support successful execution of the in-store lighting program.
