Warehouse Associate (Part-Time, Nights)

About The Position

Warehouse Operations performs manual or automated tasks involved in receiving, storing, and shipping products. This may include receiving product, fulfilling and packaging orders, and shipping them within established team goals to support on-time delivery. The Warehouse Associate follows established order-fulfillment processes, maintains a clean and safe work environment, and may be cross-trained across warehouse areas. Training is provided starting on the first day. This is a part-time night-shift role scheduled Sunday through Thursday from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM, or until the task is complete. Pay is $20.60 per hour, including shift differential. The position is not bonus eligible. Paid time off is provided in compliance with applicable laws.

Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working at heights up to 30 feet.
Ability to follow direction and change priorities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to train and become certified to drive material-handling equipment as required by job duties.
Candidates with little to no warehouse experience are welcome; training is provided starting on the first day.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with technologies such as computers or point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products, performing quality-control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as needed.
Perform housekeeping and inventory-control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Train and become certified to drive material-handling equipment as required by job duties.
