About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler at its Desoto, Texas location. The role supports holiday package operations by safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages, helping ensure they reach their next destination safely and on time. No prior warehouse experience is required, and training is provided.

The listed pay is $18.00, with overtime pay consistent with applicable law and a seasonal bonus of $500, subject to location, assignment, and other terms. Shifts are listed as 3:00 AM–8:30 AM or until the end of sort, with options covering Wednesday–Sunday, Thursday–Monday, or Friday–Tuesday. Hours may vary according to business needs. The season runs from 10/27 to 01/01. This is temporary seasonal employment; eligible team members may be considered for available permanent roles after the assignment ends, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages and stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Complete cleanup activities as directed by site management at the end of sort.
