About The Position

ThriftBooks is hiring a full-time Weekend Warehouse Shipping Associate for the first shift, Friday through Sunday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The starting pay is $16.96 per hour, and the role is subject to piece-rate incentive compensation that may provide additional earnings. Employees work three days and have four days off. The role involves picking, scanning, and shelving inventory in a fast-paced, high-energy warehouse. Employees stay active throughout the shift and are expected to work safely, meet goals and metrics, and contribute independently and as part of a team. ThriftBooks emphasizes respect, internal career development, feedback, and recognition for strong performance. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be willing to authorize a background check.

Requirements

Be highly reliable and responsible, with excellent attendance and consistent achievement of goals and metrics.
Bring a positive and respectful attitude and work independently as well as collaboratively.
Be willing to receive coaching and feedback.
Be physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds for 8 hours a day while remaining in constant motion.
Be committed to attending work as scheduled.
