About The Position

ThriftBooks is hiring a full-time Warehouse Shipping Associate for its Dallas, Texas location. This first-shift weekend role runs Friday through Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with four days off each week. Starting pay is $16.96 per hour, and the position is subject to piece-rate incentive compensation that may increase earnings. Associates work in a fast-paced warehouse picking, scanning, and shelving book inventory. The role involves staying active throughout the shift and working independently as well as with a team. Requirements

• Highly reliable and responsible, with excellent attendance and a consistent record of meeting goals and metrics.
• Positive and respectful attitude.
• Willingness to receive coaching and feedback.
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds for 8 hours a day while remaining in constant motion.
• Committed to reporting to work as scheduled.

• Willing to authorize a background check.
