About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal Warehouse Associate, also described as a Seasonal Package Handler, to help process packages during the holiday rush. The role involves safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages so they reach their next destination safely and on time. Training is provided, and no prior warehouse experience is required.

The position is based at 3872 Logistics Way, Building 3, Suite 301, Antioch, Tennessee. Pay is $20.00, with weekly pay and eligibility for overtime in accordance with applicable law. Shifts are 1:00 a.m.–5:30 a.m. or until the sort is complete, with options for Sunday–Thursday, Tuesday–Saturday, or Friday–Monday schedules. Hours may vary based on business needs. The seasonal assignment is scheduled from October 27 through January 1, and includes a seasonal bonus of $500, subject to eligibility and payment terms. Continued employment after the season is not guaranteed, but team members may be considered for available permanent positions based on eligibility and availability.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages and perform standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, and other repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods and frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Work in varying temperatures, as temperature control capabilities may be limited.
