About The Position
The Warehouse Associate handles the full flow of merchandise through a busy e-commerce warehouse, including receiving, put-away, processing, and outbound shipping. The role covers marketplace shipments for FBA and WFS, returns, and inbound freight. It combines physical warehouse work with system work in SellerCloud.
Requirements
- Understanding of SellerCloud or the ability to learn it.
- Experience with warehouse receiving, shipping, and inventory.
- Comfort with basic listing management tasks tied to warehouse work.
- Computer proficiency.
- Dependability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound merchandise and put it away.
- Process inbound shipments.
- Record receiving and inventory activity in SellerCloud.
- Ship merchandise and prepare outbound orders.
- Prepare FBA and WFS shipments.
- Determine box sizes and packaging configurations for products.
- Process returns.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
