About The Position

OnTrac is hiring seasonal package handlers to help move holiday packages through its warehouse. This active, hands-on role involves working with a team to unload, sort, move, and load packages safely and efficiently. The position is located at 2459 Almond Ave., Redlands, CA 92374, and pays $18.75 per hour with weekly pay. It is seasonal, part-time work from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. The shift is 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., with schedules offered Sunday through Thursday, Tuesday through Saturday, or Friday through Tuesday. Typical shifts last approximately four to five hours, and end times may vary with package volume and business needs. Overtime may be required when business needs require it and is paid in accordance with applicable law. No prior warehouse experience is required; training is provided. The role requires handling packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently and participating in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, based on eligibility and availability, but continued employment is not guaranteed. Seasonal bonus eligibility, amount, and payment requirements may vary by location and assignment. Premium pay is offered for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Be authorized to work in the United States.
Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
Repeatedly lift packages as described in the posting.
Stand and/or walk for extended periods during the scheduled shift.
Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
Work in hot or cold environments where warehouse temperature-control capabilities may be limited.

Responsibilities
