About The Position

The Warehouse Associate receives, processes, verifies, and reconciles incoming and outgoing shipments. The role includes accurately and efficiently pulling orders, selecting appropriate shipping methods, stocking received orders, and checking shipments for damage. The associate helps maintain a safe and secure environment and assists with other projects as needed.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of warehouse experience.
• Data entry skills.
• Telephone skills.
• Customer focus and customer service skills.
• Verbal communication skills and strong written communication skills.
• Product knowledge.
• Inventory control skills.
• Professionalism and job knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and deal with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to bend, pull, and lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, verify, and reconcile incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Pull orders accurately and efficiently.
• Secure orders for the proper shipping method.
• Obtain and stock all orders received.
• Ensure orders are not damaged when received or shipped.
• Assist with other projects as needed.
