About The Position

The Warehouse Associate helps ensure efficient warehouse operations by processing merchandise according to departmental and Exemplar Luxury Group standards. Employees receive training in a specific department, are cross-trained, and are expected to work across multiple warehouse areas. The position is based in the warehouse and reports directly to the shift Supervisor. The listed hourly rate is $18.00; the broader salary range is $17.05–$21.32, with actual starting pay dependent on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Requirements

Willingness to be cross-trained and work in multiple warehouse departments.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
English proficiency sufficient to complete safety and on-the-job training and meet compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Process merchandise while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Work across Receiving, Stocking, Order Fulfillment, Returns, Shipping, and Packing as needed.
Ensure merchandise handling and processing meet Exemplar Luxury Group standards.
Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
Follow operational and safety protocols and company policies.
Be available for overtime during peak business periods.
