About The Position

In this fast-paced warehouse role, the Warehouse Associate supports inventory tracking, equipment staging, shipping, and receiving of Meow Wolf equipment and merchandise. The position assists the Warehouse Coordinator with inventorying, tagging, documenting, and tracking art installation components and retail, food, and beverage inventory in Las Vegas, Nevada. The role also assists with back-of-house retail operations at Meow Wolf’s Omega Mart.

This is a seasonal, part-time, on-site position in Las Vegas. The role is scheduled for flexible weekday availability, Monday through Friday, during morning and afternoon hours. The effective start date is on or after November 9, 2026, and the position ends no later than 90 days after the start date. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The position has no supervisory responsibilities and does not require travel.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Be highly organized and detail oriented.
• Demonstrate accountability, adaptability, job knowledge, effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, employee engagement, and creative thinking.
• Have a good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Have experience in a warehouse environment.
• Have a safety-first mentality and awareness of operating near warehouse equipment.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a motor vehicle records check at the time of hire.
• Obtain forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
• Be available for flexible part-time weekday (Monday–Friday) morning and afternoon work.
• Be able to remain stationary for prolonged periods, lift and maneuver at least 75 pounds, and perform repetitive movements such as keyboard use, bending, or squatting.

Responsibilities

• Receive products from partners, verify shipments for accuracy and damage, and resolve inaccuracies.
• Conduct quality checks on received items.
• Place received products in appropriate warehouse locations.
• Contribute ideas to improve operations, quality, and customer experience.
• Maintain an organized storage area.
• Assist with back-of-house retail operations at Meow Wolf’s Omega Mart.
• Assist the Warehouse Coordinator with inventorying, tagging, documenting, and tracking art installation components and retail, food, and beverage inventory.
