About The Position

The Warehouse Associate supports inventory tracking, equipment staging, shipping, and receiving of Meow Wolf equipment and merchandise in Las Vegas, Nevada. The role assists the Warehouse Coordinator with inventorying, tagging, documenting, and tracking art installation components, as well as retail, food, and beverage inventory. The position is seasonal and part time, on site at Meow Wolf’s Omega Mart, with an effective start date on or after November 9, 2026, and an end date no later than 90 days after the start date. Flexible weekday availability on Monday through Friday, mornings and afternoons, is sought. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not available.

The work takes place indoors in an environment that may include noise, dim lighting, strobing lights, special effects, fog machines, and small or enclosed spaces. Employees may also work in a non-climate-controlled environment. Physical requirements include remaining stationary for extended periods, lifting and maneuvering at least 75 pounds, and performing repetitive movements such as keyboard use, bending, and squatting. The employee must comply with company and OSHA workplace safety protocols. The position has no supervisory responsibilities and does not require travel.

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; the employer cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Safety-first mentality and awareness when operating in close proximity to warehouse equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check at time of hire.
• Forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Accountability, adaptability, job knowledge, effective communication, teamwork, problem solving, employee engagement, and creative thinking.
• Ability to remain stationary for a prolonged period, lift and maneuver at least 75 pounds, and perform repetitive movements such as keyboard use, bending, or squatting.
• Ability to comply with company and OSHA standard workplace safety protocols.
• Flexible part-time weekday (Monday-Friday) morning and afternoon availability.

Responsibilities

• Receive products from partners, verify shipments for accuracy and damage, and resolve inaccuracies.
• Conduct quality checks on received items to ensure they meet standards.
• Place received products in appropriate warehouse locations.
• Contribute ideas to improve operations, quality, and customer experience.
• Maintain an organized storage area.
• Assist with back-of-house retail operations at Meow Wolf’s Omega Mart.
• Assist the Warehouse Coordinator with inventorying, tagging, documenting, and tracking art installation components and retail, food, and beverage inventory.
