About The Position

We are seeking a capable Seasonal Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations. The role handles receiving, sorting, loading, unloading, and organizing products, along with a variety of other warehouse tasks. The position begins as an individual contributor, with potential to grow into a team lead role as the company expands.

This is a temporary seasonal position supporting the upcoming peak season. Anticipated start dates are November 9–16, 2026, and employment is expected to last approximately 4–6 weeks, depending on operational needs. Employment may be extended beyond the seasonal period based on business needs.

The position is part-time, onsite in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and pays $18.00 per hour. Evening shifts are scheduled from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Requirements

• Proven warehouse experience.
• Team player with organizational skills.
• High school diploma.
• Adequate knowledge of a warehouse data system.

Nice To Haves

• A BS degree is preferred.
• Forklift certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse inventory.
• Process, sort, and ingest packages accurately.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Organize warehouse space.
• Receive, unload, and appropriately place incoming inventory items.
• Check and verify shipping labels.
• Follow company safety and hygiene regulations.
• Contribute ideas to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.
• Communicate operational needs and concerns to the HQ team.
• Coordinate and communicate with drivers regarding pickups and deliveries.
• Reschedule and track failed delivery attempts.
• Handle basic administrative tasks related to daily operations.
• Verify and review delivery photos for accuracy and compliance.
• Consolidate pickups and assist in processing outgoing shipments.
