About The Position

Sway is seeking a capable Seasonal Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations during the upcoming peak season. The role handles receiving, sorting, loading, unloading, and organizing products, along with a variety of other warehouse and administrative tasks. It is an individual-contributor position with potential to grow into a team lead role as the company expands.

This is a temporary seasonal position expected to last approximately 4–6 weeks, depending on operational needs. Anticipated start dates are between November 9 and November 16, 2026, with possible extensions based on business needs. The position is onsite in Dallas, Texas, and pays $16.00 per hour. The schedule is evening shifts from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Requirements

• Proven warehouse experience.
• Team-player attitude and organizational skills.
• High school diploma.
• Adequate knowledge of a warehouse data system.

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Forklift certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse inventory.
• Process, sort, and ingest packages accurately.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Organize warehouse space.
• Receive, unload, and appropriately place incoming inventory items.
• Check and verify shipping labels.
• Follow company safety and hygiene regulations.
• Contribute ideas to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.
• Communicate operational needs and concerns to the HQ team.
• Coordinate and communicate with drivers regarding pickups and deliveries.
• Reschedule and track failed delivery attempts.
• Handle basic administrative tasks related to daily operations.
• Verify and review delivery photos for accuracy and compliance.
• Consolidate pickups and assist in processing outgoing shipments.
