About The Position

The Seasonal Warehouse Associate supports warehouse operations by receiving, sorting, processing, loading, unloading, and organizing products and packages. The role involves monitoring shipments, maintaining warehouse organization, coordinating pickups and deliveries, and assisting with administrative and other daily operational tasks. This is a temporary seasonal position supporting the upcoming peak season. Start dates are anticipated between November 9 and November 16, 2026, with employment expected to last approximately 4–6 weeks depending on operational needs. Employment may be extended based on business needs. The position is onsite in San Diego, California, and pays $18.00 per hour. The schedule is evening shifts from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Requirements

• Proven warehouse experience.
• Team-player approach and organizational skills.
• High school diploma.
• Adequate knowledge of a warehouse data system.

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Forklift certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse inventory.
• Process, sort, and ingest packages accurately.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Organize warehouse space.
• Receive, unload, and appropriately place incoming inventory items.
• Check and verify shipping labels.
• Follow company safety and hygiene regulations.
• Suggest ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.
• Communicate operational needs and concerns to the HQ team.
• Coordinate and communicate with drivers regarding pickups and deliveries.
• Reschedule and track failed delivery attempts.
• Handle basic administrative tasks related to daily operations.
• Verify and review delivery photos for accuracy and compliance.
• Consolidate pickups and assist with processing outgoing shipments.
