About The Position

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for its shipping operation in Austell, Georgia. This active, high-energy role involves picking, organizing, and preparing automotive parts orders for shipment, helping keep the company’s supply chain and distribution center running effectively. The associate may pull parts manually or operate warehouse equipment; training is provided as needed. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, from 1:00 p.m. until work is done. The listed hourly pay is $18.00, with a $1,000 retention bonus paid in two installments after 6 and 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment. The role is suited to someone who values accuracy, teamwork, safety, and personal growth. The work takes place in a non-climate-controlled warehouse, where temperatures vary by season. It involves frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and ladder use, lifting products weighing up to 75 pounds, and working safely at heights of up to 30 feet. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Demonstrate dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Have strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment.
Be able to consistently lift products weighing up to 75 pounds.
Be able to work safely at heights up to 30 feet.

Nice To Haves

Forklift or other powered industrial truck experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.
Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
Stack, wrap, and safely and efficiently load or unload trucks.
Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment.
Ensure the correct parts and quantities are handled at every step.
Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to keep shipping workflows moving efficiently.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety protocols.
Perform other warehouse tasks based on daily needs.
