About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate and valued member of the warehouse team, you will support farmers in the upper Midwest by helping them access seeds for a thriving future. You will assist the team in gathering and processing products for daily customer orders, ensuring accuracy and packing products so they arrive in good, usable condition.

Requirements

• Able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Able to work in warehouse conditions with limited heating and cooling.
• Excellent internal and external communication skills.
• Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of forklift experience in a warehouse or production environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and stage loads for outbound shipment.
• Verify pick lists for accuracy of products, lot numbers, and product counts.
• Wrap and label pallets and packages.
• Assist with blending and bagging seed.
• Assist with inventory control and physical counts.
• Assist with warehouse cleaning as needed, including sweeping, garbage pickup, and maintaining the layout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
