About The Position

The Seasonal Warehouse Associate assists with refurbishing holiday decorations, maintaining a steady production flow, keeping product inventory accurate and organized, and completing orders on time to meet company and customer standards. The role includes warehouse duties and assistance with installation during peak season.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to follow directions, including safety procedures.
• Ability to climb ladders and use a forklift with training.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• At least one year of warehouse experience.
• Experience picking or packing orders.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to work in exposure to various temperatures, both hot and cold.

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for three years.
• Forklift certification.
• Box truck experience.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with inventory.
• Examine orders to verify inventory accuracy and truck loads.
• Assist with moving inventory to the loading dock.
• Organize decorations in their proper warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards outlined by the company.
• Assist with installation during peak season.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
• Commit to safety and adhere to company policies and procedures.
