About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to support warehouse operations at 450 16th St, Carlstadt, NJ 07072. Package Handlers contribute to the smooth functioning of the operations team, with a focus on quality and following safety protocols to maintain a productive and secure work environment. The role involves unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for delivery while working collaboratively with the team. The position pays $20.00 per hour and is part-time, with variable days and approximately five days per week totaling 25–32 hours. Shifts run from 12:15 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. or until the sort and directed cleanup activities are complete. Hours may vary based on business needs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in warehouse heat and cold as temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities
